A New Haven man is being held on multiple felony charges following his arrest Saturday evening.
Fifty-year-old Christopher Byers faces three counts of indecent solicitation filed under a subsection involving aggravated criminal sexual abuse, making the charges Class 3 felonies.
Byers also faces two counts of grooming stemming from allegations dating back to June.
Byers made his first appearance Monday morning in Gallatin County court following his arrest.
