Three individuals were sentenced Thursday in Wayne County Circuit Court.
Corey Rinebold, 32, of Fairfield, admitted to violating a previous order of probation dating back to June for unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Rinebold was ordered to serve 150 days in the Wayne County Jail, effective immediately, with credit for two days already served.
Robert Marvel, 62, of Wayne City, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of methamphetamine. He was sentenced to two years of probation plus court costs and received credit for four days previously served in the Wayne County Jail. Under the plea agreement, one additional count in the case was dismissed.
Chalen Carter, 68, of Fairfield, pleaded guilty to criminal damage to property. Carter was sentenced to 12 months of conditional discharge plus court costs.
Carter was also ordered to pay $200 in restitution to the victim and have no contact with the victim or the premises involved in the case.
