A Fairfield man faces a DUI charge following an accident in the Fairfield VFW parking lot.
Fairfield Police responded to the VFW at 201 E. Court Street around 10:30 p.m. Saturday, August 29th.
Police say 36-year-old Daniel Colby Worley was attempting to leave the parking lot when he backed a 2022 Ram truck into a motorcycle belonging to another patron.
Officers reported Worley showed signs of intoxication. He was arrested, transported and booked at the Wayne County Jail and cited for driving under the influence of alcohol before being released.
Worley is scheduled to make his first court appearance September 15th in Wayne County Circuit Court.
