Layla Beadles has been selected as the September Student of the Month at Edwards County High School.
Beadles was nominated for being an excellent student at ECHS and was randomly selected from 11 nominees.
Other students nominated were Mia Emge, Cody Greathouse, Zavior Lee, Cooper Lynch, Logan Rigg, Kami Shaw, Hallie Shelton, Jackson Weiler, Willow Westbrook and Mathias Wilkerson.
As Student of the Month, Beadles will receive $25 from Matthes Farms along with prizes donated by Doug Raber State Farm, Kelli Savage Country Financial, Effie Faye & Co., Erin McKinney Zyia, The Hope Center, SN Partners and Waters Farms.
