The Jefferson County Historical Society will offer free self-guided tours of the Fifth District Appellate Courthouse in Mt. Vernon on Thursday, September 17th.
Tours will be available from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the courthouse, located at Main and 14th streets.
There is no admission charge, and docents will be available to assist visitors during the self-guided tours.
Visitors are asked not to bring bags into the courthouse, except those needed for medical purposes.
