
Fairfield’s Annual Fall Fun Fest gets underway Wednesday and continues through Saturdaywith four days of entertainment, food and family activities in downtown Fairfield.
Wednesday’s opening night includes Fred’s Feathered Friends from 5:30 to 6:15 p.m., The Roasted Chestnuts from 6:30 to 7:15, and Church Night from 7:30 to 9 p.m.
Thursday features the FNB 5K Run/Walk beginning at 5:30 p.m., children’s activities at Freedom Park, the Fall Fun Fest Prince and Princess Contest at 5:30, Art After Dark from 6 to 9, and the Miss Fairfield Fall Fun Fest competition at 7:30.
Friday’s activities include a Kids’ Activities Park from 5 to 8 p.m. and Bingo Under the Tent beginning at 5. Live music on the Main Stage will feature Fire & Ice performing from 5 to 6:30p.m. and the Feudin’ Hillbillys from 7 to 10 p.m.
Saturday will be packed with activities beginning with a Community Breakfast at the Masonic Lodge from 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. The Fall Fun Fest Kiddie Parade begins at 11 a.m., followed by the Pedal Pull and Touch a Firetruck at noon. Other events include a cornhole tournament, Battle of the Bands, the Fall Fun Fest Baked Goods Contest and numerous children’s activities.
Saturday’s Main Stage entertainment includes Tristan Brock-Jones beginning around 5:50 p.m., followed by Forever Abbey Road from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m.
The festival also coincides with the celebration of 100 years of Fairfield Community High School, marking the school’s 1926-2026 centennial.
