41st Ministries and the Warriors of the Way, a chapter of the Christian Motorcyclists Association, are seeking donations for their annual Christmas with a Biker program benefiting children in Wayne County school districts.
The two organizations have partnered for the past three years to raise money for the program. Last year, Christmas with a Biker served 100 children in need, providing each child with $175 in clothing and an additional $25 for toys or other fun items.
Organizers hope to expand the program this year and assist between 150 and 200 children who might otherwise go without Christmas gifts.
Local businesses, churches and individuals are being asked to contribute to the effort. Donations of any amount are welcome, and supporters may also sponsor one or more children.
