Olney Central College Theater is preparing for a wild adventure this fall with its upcoming production of “Madagascar, A Musical Adventure!”
Auditions are open to high school students and older and will be held at the Dr. John D. Stull Performing Arts Center on Sunday, September 20, at 2 p.m. and Monday, September 21, at 6 p.m. Those interested only need to attend one of the two audition sessions.
Based on the popular DreamWorks movie, the musical follows Alex the Lion, Marty the Zebra, Melman the Giraffe and Gloria the Hippo as they leave New York’s Central Park Zoo and embark on an unexpected journey to Madagascar. The production also features the story’s popular penguin characters.
The show is part of OCC Theater’s Theatre for Young Audiences series and is designed to provide an entertaining experience for families and young theatergoers.

Performances of “Madagascar, A Musical Adventure!” are scheduled for November 20 through 22 on the Ruth Henry Stage at the Dr. John D. Stull Performing Arts Center at Olney Central College.
