The Wayne County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Cisne man Friday morning on an outstanding warrant.
49-year-old Dennis Galbraith was taken into custody on a Wayne County warrant for Driving While License Revoked.
Galbraith was lodged in the Wayne County Jail pending a court appearance.
