A Mount Vernon woman was arrested early this (Tuesday) morning by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant related to a petition to revoke her probation.
Brittany L. Payne, 38, also identified in court records as Brittany L. Trotter, was taken into custody shortly before 1 a.m. this (Tuesday) morning.
According to Wayne County court records, the arrest warrant in connection with a petition to revoke probation involving unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
Payne was booked into the Wayne County Jail pending a court appearance.
