A Fairfield man was arrested Tuesday night by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant charging him with aggravated battery, a hate crime and disorderly conduct.
According to Wayne County Sheriff’s Department records, 59-year-old Bill R. Dobbs of Fairfield was arrested, transported and lodged in the Wayne County Jail pending a court appearance.
