Wabash General Hospital reported a strong financial month during Monday evening’s Board of Directors meeting.
Finance Committee Chair Janet Storey reported the hospital recorded just over $12 million in revenue, compared with approximately $10.8 million in expenses.
That resulted in net operating income of $1,278,149 for the month.
After non-operating activity was factored in, Wabash General finished the month with approximately $1.06 million in net income.
Storey described the results as a “really good month” and said the Finance Committee received a positive financial report during its meeting earlier Monday.
No other business was brought before the Finance Committee.
