HIGH SCHOOL VOLLEYBALL:
The Fairfield Lady Mules swept rival Edwards County Thursday night at the Mule Barn in Black Diamond Conference volleyball action, winning at all three levels.
In the freshman match, Fairfield posted a 25-17, 25-16 victory over the Lady Lions.
The Lady Mules also won the junior varsity match in straight sets, 25-18 and 25-16.
Fairfield completed the sweep in the varsity contest, defeating Edwards County 25-15 and 25-16.
With the victory, the Lady Mules varsity squad improves to 22-5 overall and remains unbeaten in Black Diamond Conference play at 5-0.
Fairfield will return to conference action Tuesday night at the Mule Barn against Flora.

The Mules and Lady Mules Cross Country teams were in action at the Cork Classic Meet at Robinson on Thursday. Medalists for the Mules were Ashton King – 6th, Treyton Lewis – 14th, and Skyler Bladel – 20th. Fairfield Lady Mule Emeri Sager also earned medalist honors finishing in 2nd Place overall.

HIGH SCHOOL TENNIS: (From Tuesday)
The Lady Mules Tennis team traveled to Olney on Tuesday to face Richland County but fell to the Lady Tigers 7-2. The Lady Mules picked up a Singles win from Marlee Richards and a Doubles victory from the team of Wren Braddock and Carly Fleener
