A 39-year-old Opdyke woman was arrested early this (Tuesday) morning by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department on a Wayne County retail theft warrant.
Dana M. Cosner was taken into custody shortly before 1 a.m. Tuesday on a warrant issued in Wayne County Circuit Court.
Court records show the warrant was issued September 8th on a charge of retail theft. The charge alleges Cosner took merchandise from a retail establishment with the intent to deprive the merchant without paying.
Cosner was booked into the Wayne County Jail pending a court appearance.
