A Cisne woman was arrested Thursday night by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department on an outstanding warrant involving a methamphetamine possession case.
Misty Gay Kistner, 55, of Cisne, was taken into custody on a failure-to-appear warrant issued through Wayne County Circuit Court.
The warrant was issued May 13, 2025, in connection with a 2022 felony case involving unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Kistner was booked into the Wayne County Jail and is being held without bond pending a court appearance.
