ILLINOIS STATE POLICE RESPOND TO REPORT OF VEHICLE OFF ROADWAY ON I-64

Illinois State Police were dispatched to a report of a vehicle off the roadway, I-64 westbound at milepost 103 this (Thursday) morning.  State Police says just a little after 7 o’clock a Ford Fusion was traveling westbound when the vehicle hydroplaned due to the weather conditions at the time and went off the roadway.  Wayne City Fire and Wayne County EMS personnel also responded to the scene due to minor injuries being reported.  The drive of the vehicle refused EMS on scene.
