24-year-old Bobby Dean Garrison of Flora was arrested Thursday morning by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department on a Wayne County warrant for Failure to Appear on original charges of Improper Lane Usage and Operating an Uninsured Vehicle. Garrison was booked into the Wayne County Jail on the warrant.
