Authorities in East Tennessee are searching for 15-year-old Kayden Westerfield, who went missing in the early hours of New Year’s Eve from a foster home in East Ridge.
Kayden has family ties to Jefferson County and may be in the area. He is described as white, 5’9” tall, weighing 150 pounds, with dark brown hair and hazel eyes.
