CISNE MAN ARRESTED WEDNESDAY FOR DOMESTIC BATTERY, RESISTING ARREST

Wayne County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 21-year-old Jacob Heath from Cisne Wednesday on a charge of Domestic Battery and Resisting A Peace Officer.. During the investigation it was determined that Jacob A. Heath had headbutted his brother and knocked his mother’s cellular phone out of her hand.  Heath was advised he was under arrest. Jacob refused to comply and had to be restrained while being handcuffed. Jacob began to pull away and he was restrained against the squad car. Jacob again tried to run away but was placed inside the squad car. Once inside the squad car he laid sideways and began kicking the window attempting to break it. After being secured inside the squad car he was transported to the Wayne County Jail where he awaits a detainment hearing.
