ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH RELEASES FOURTH QUARTER REPORT ON NURSING HOME VIOLATIONS

The Illinois Department of Public Health has released its 2024 Fourth Quarter Report detailing nursing home violations. A total of 305 violation reports were completed during this period. Facilities located in Fairfield, Flora, Olney, Harrisburg, Anna, Benton, Carbondale, Herrin, Marion, Metropolis, Mt. Vernon, and Rosiclare were specifically mentioned for various violations.
