40-year-old Sylvia N. Jackson from Sioux Falls, SD pled guilty in Wayne County Circuit Court Tuesday to a charge of Unauthorized Possession of a Weapon, a Class A misdemeanor. Jackson was sentenced to two years Conditional Discharge plus court costs. Jackson was given 3 days credit for time served in the Wayne County Jail. As per the plea agreement, counts one and three in the case were dismissed.
Jagger Owen, 21 of Geff pled guilty to Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to Probation for a term of 24 months plus ordered to pay court costs. Owen was given 3 days credit for time served in the Wayne County Jail. Per the plea agreement, one case number and count two in one other case were dismissed.
Peoria resident, 39-year-old Joshua Large pled guilty to a charge of Theft and was sentenced to 12 months Conditional Discharge plus court costs. Large was also ordered to pay $3,000 in restitution to Dagg Auction Company and $50 to the local anti-crime program. Per the plea agreement, counts one and three were dismissed.
