Robert J. Seymore, 44 of Olney plead guilty in Wayne County Circuit Court Thursday to a charge of Theft, a Class 3 Felony and was sentenced to Probation for a term of 24 months plus ordered to pay court costs. As part of the plea agreement, counts one and two in the case were dismissed.
Flora resident, 21-year-old Nicholas A Kohn pled guilty to DUI and was placed on one year of Court Supervision plus ordered to pay court costs. As part of the plea agreement, one case was dismissed by the court.
