EDWARDS COUNTY STUDENT PERFORMS WELL IN VFW VOICE OF DEMOCRACY CONTEST

Thaylee Dunaway, a senior at Edwards County High School, achieved 3rd place in the VFW Voice of Democracy & Patriot’s Pen State Awards on February 8th.   For her accomplishments, she received $500 for District and $1,250 for her state placement. Thaylee is the daughter of Thomas and Gayla Dunaway. She plans to attend Wabash Valley College and then transfer to the University of Louisville to pursue a major in nursing.
