The Fairfield City Council meets Tuesday night at 6 at City Hall in regular session.
Items appearing on the agenda include approval of the minutes of the February 25th meeting and the Executive Session Minutes from the February 11th meeting.
Two proclamations are listed on Tuesday’s agenda, one for Girl Scout Week and one for the New Hope Lady Panthers Basketball. The council is also expected to approve street closing requests. One is from West Douglas Street continuing to SW 4th, and SW 4th back to West King Street in front of the high school for the FCHS Prom on Saturday, April 5th from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Another street closing request is for a portion of Market Avenue for the Literacy Fest on Saturday, May 3rd from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Also listed on Tuesday’s agenda is a Recreation Fund Expenditure Request.
