38-year-old Jessica Simpson of Keenes has pled guilty in Wayne County Circuit to a charge of Forgery, a Class 3 felony. Simpson was placed on Probation for a term of 24 months and will also pay court costs.
Carbondale resident, 52-year-old Harry Sills pled guilty to a charge of Reckless Conduct. Sills was placed on 12 months of Court Supervision and ordered to pay court costs.
32-year-old Jeremey Withrow of Fairfield enter a guilty plea to a DUI charge. Withrow was placed on one year of Court Supervision plus court costs.
Lakota L. Gammon, a 31-year-old Union City, Tennessee resident pled guilty to Battery and was sentenced to Conditional Discharge for a term of one year plus ordered to pay court costs.
Loogootee, Indiana resident, 36-year-old Jordan Davis pled guilty to Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was placed on one year of Court Supervision plus ordered to pay court costs.
