DOMESTIC BATTERY COMPLAINT LEADS TO THE ARREST OF A BLUFORD MAN FOR ILLEGALLY HAVING GUNS AND AMMO

45-year-old James B. Robinson of Bluford, was arrested on Tuesday following a domestic disturbance report at his home on Legion Ln. Jefferson County Sheriff’s Deputies discovered illegally possessed firearms and ammunition during their investigation.   A search warrant led to further evidence of criminal activity. Robinson was charged with Possession of a Firearm by a Felon and Possession of a Defaced Firearm. He is currently held in Jefferson County Jail awaiting a pre-trial detention hearing.
