46-year-old Tammy Jo Surprenant of Cisne appeared in Wayne County Circuit Court Thursday on charges of violating a previous order of probation on an original charge of Unlawful Delivery of Methamphetamine. Surprenant did not plead guilty to the charges, however the court finds that she had violated the previous order and Suprenant was sentenced by Judge, Matt Vaughn to three years in the Illinois Department of Corrections plus ordered to pay court costs. Suprenant was given credit for 59 days of time served in the Wayne County Jail.
Dellas Davis, a 40-year-old resident of Olney pled guilty to Failure to Register as a Sex Offender-New Address, a Class 3 Felony. Davis was sentenced to one year of Probation and ordered to pay court costs.
Fairfield resident, 42-year-old David Woodward pled guilty to Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was sentenced to one year of Conditionsal Discharge plus ordered to pay court costs. Woodward was given credit for 12 days of time served in the Wayne County Jail.
34-year-old Sims resident, Christopher Downen pled guilty to Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to two years Probation plus court costs. Downen was given credit for 4 day timke served in the Wayne County Jail.
