Fairfield resident, 32-year-old Andy Bailey pled guilty in Wayne County Circuit Court Tuesday before Judge, Evan Owens of Franklin County for Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine with the offense occurring in April, 2024. Biley was sentenced to two years in the illinois Department of Corrections with this sentence to run concurrent with a sentence handed down in Washington County. Bailey was also ordered to pay court costs and was given 4 days credit of time served in the Wayne County Jail.
Tonya Brinkley, 54 of Fairfield pled guilty to Battery and was sentenced to Conditional Discharge for a term of one year. Brinkley was ordered to pay court costs.
38-year-old Ronald Dunlap of Fairfield admitted in court Tuesday before Judge Evan Owens to violating a previous sentence of 24 months of Second Chance Probation on a original charge of Obstructing Justice. Judge Owens re-sentenced Dunlap to a new term of two years Probation plus Dunlap was ordered to pay court costs.
Flora resident, 28-year-old Alexis Shock pled guilty to Disorderly Conduct and was placed on one year of Court Supervision and will also pay court costs.
