Golfers in the area are preparing to hit the links as the 2025 Fyie & Rice Law Office Golf League kicks off on Monday, June 2nd with a 5:30pm shotgun start at the Fairfield Public Golf Course.
The league features two-person teams playing weekly nine-hole matches on Mondays and Tuesdays, with teams accumulating points through the season, which runs until August 12th.
League dues are $60 per player, covering an official USGA handicap, skins, and cash prizes for top-performing teams. However, green and cart fees are not included in the dues.
A sign-up sheet is posted outside the pro shop at the course, and the deadline to register is May 30th, unless the maximum of 36 teams is reached sooner.
