In Wayne County Court on Thursday, 32-Year-Old Adam B. Burnett the 2nd of Fairfield pled guilty to unauthorized production of cannabis sativa plants which is a class 3 felony.
As an agreement on the plea, Burnett will serve 2 years of probation, participate in 40 hours of community service, attend anger management classes, and pay court costs of $4535. Burnett was credited for 9 days of time served.
