WHITE CORONER ISSUES FINAL REPORT IN DEATH OF WHITE COUNTY TODDLER

White County Coroner Chris Marsh has issued the final investigative report in the death of two-year-old Aspen RaeLynn Nelson of Brownsville.

Coroner Marsh states that, “Autopsy report is back with a manner of death being classified as a natural death and the cause of death being unexplained sudden death, better known as Sudden Unexplained Death in Childhood.”

Coroner Marsh added that the autopsy, toxicology, histology and tissue studies revealed no evidence of trauma, signs of abuse or neglect, and no disease or medical conditions.

Aspen died April 18 at her Brownsville home. She was the daughter of Justin Ryan Nelson of Carmi and Elizabeth Nelson of Brownsville.

Besides her parents, Aspen is survived by two siblings, Annabelle and Colton Inboden and several grandparents, aunts and uncles.
