Jordan J. Clevenger, 28, of Sesser, pled guilty Tuesday in Wayne County Circuit Court to a charge of Unlawful Interference with the Reporting of Domestic Violence. Clevenger was represented by Public Defender, Jon Meador. As part of a negotiated plea, he was sentenced to 24 months of Probation and a 90-day stayed jail sentence. The stayed sentence means that if Clevenger is arrested at any time during his probation, he will be required to report to the Wayne County Jail to begin serving the 90-day term. In addition to probation, Clevenger was ordered to pay court costs.
22-year-old Brenten A. Zirkelbach of Vincennes, Indiana, pled guilty in Wayne County Circuit Court to a charge of Retail Theft. Zirkelbach was represented by Public Defender, Jon Meador. He was sentenced to one year of Conditional Discharge and ordered to pay court costs. As part of the sentence, Zirkelbach was also given three days of credit for time already served in the Wayne County Jail.
