Cisne Village officials have announced they with be flushing fire hydrants Thursday in the following areas:
North Milner St and North Jones St.
The flushing might also affect those living on Howell St. Residents in these areas should watch for discoloration in the water before doing any laundry and also watchful for low water pressure.
