THREE SENTENCED IN WAYNE COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT ON DRUG-RELATED CHARGES

Three individuals appeared in Wayne County Circuit Court on Thursday, facing sentencing for drug-related offenses.

 

Anthony Vasoli, 21, of McLeansborob pleaded guilty to possession of nitrous oxide. He was sentenced to 24 months of probation and ordered to pay court costs. Vasoli also received a 90-day stayed jail sentence in the Wayne County Jail, which will be enforced if he violates the terms of his probation.

 

William Hudson, 22, of Rinard, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of methamphetamine. He was sentenced to 24 months of probation, assessed court costs, and credited with three days served in the Wayne County Jail.

 

David A. Selph, 61, of Wayne City, admitted to violating the terms of a previous one-year probation sentence related to a meth possession charge. The court re-sentenced Selph to two years of probation, along with court costs.
