The Wayne County Fair will feature its popular Antique Tractor Show on Saturday, July 12th in Fairfield with this year’s event held in honor of Brent Opell.
The tractor show will take place on the front lawn past the main gate of the fairgrounds, with registration open from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and awards presented at 3:00 p.m.
Tractor enthusiasts and community members are invited to come out and enjoy the day while paying tribute to Brent Opell.
Awards will be given in several categories, including:
Top 15
Best of Show
Oldest Driver
Oldest Tractor
Best Paint
Furthest Traveled
Additionally, three memorial awards will be presented in honor of R.N. O’Daniel, Harlan Opell, and Brent Opell.
