CARNIVAL CHANGE AT WHITE COUNTY FAIR, INFLATABLES FREE EARLY IN WEEK, RIDES RETURN THURSDAY

The White County Fair is adjusting its entertainment plans this week after an unexpected change in carnival providers.

Fair Board President Brent Edwards announced Monday night that the original carnival company had to cancel due to a medical emergency involving a key member of their staff.

But there’s good news for fairgoers: Whitney Barbre, owner of Tumble Time Inflatables, has stepped in to offer free inflatables again today (Wednesday)  at the fairgrounds. Tumble Time will provide a variety of inflatable attractions to help keep the fun going despite the change in plans.

Even better, the fair board has successfully secured a new carnival provider for the remainder of the week. From Thursday through Saturday, traditional rides will return to the fair. Armbands will be available for $20 per night, granting unlimited access to rides, inflatables, and a dual zip line provided by the new carnival company.

The White County Fair Board issued an apology for the inconvenience and thanked the community for its understanding and continued support.
