The Albion Area Chamber of Commerce has announced several ribbon cuttings that are coming up. The first one will take place on Tuesday of next week at the University of Illinois Extension Office. The U of I Extension recently moved into the former Speir Chiropractic Location on 5th Street.
On July 7th, a ribbon cutting will be held at Greathouse Grazing Acres Finally, chamber officials say that the ribbon cutting for the new Dollar General Market will take place on August 12th. The new DG Market will be on the ground of the old Rest Haven Manor on Highway 15.
Chamber officials invite the community to join in the celebrations of the opening of these businesses.
