ONE INJURED IN CRASH JUST NORTH OF CISNE THURSDAY AFTERNOON

Wayne County Sheriff’s Deputies and EMS personnel respopnded to a one-vehicle accident around 1:30 Thursday afternoon at 1838 US Rt 45 just north of Cisne. Deputies say a 2012 Ford Fiesta driven by 25-year-old Garrett Landreth of Flora passed a vehicle and lost control and left the roadway on the south side and over corrected and crossed the roadway hitting a ditch.  Two passengers in the vehicle, a male and female were not injured.  Landreth was transported by Wayne County Ambulance to Fairfield Memorial Hospital for treatment of injuries.  Deputies issued Landreth a citation for Failure To Reduce Speed To Avoid An Accident.
