Hamilton Hospital to Host “Walk With a Doc”

Hamilton Memorial Hospital invites the public to join them tomorrow at 9 a.m. for Walk With a Doc, now taking place indoors at the Hamilton County Senior High School gym. As summer temperatures climb, the event has been moved inside to provide a cool, comfortable, and climate-controlled environment. The hour-long event offers participants a chance to engage in light physical activity, enjoy meaningful conversations, and connect with others in the community. Walking regularly helps reduce the risk of heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, and other chronic conditions. Organizers encourage everyone to bring a friend and stay active, rain or shine.
