BOIL ORDER LIFTED FOR PORTION OF NORTH 1ST STREET IN FAIRFIELD

The City of Fairfield has LIFTED the boil order previously issued for the 600 and 700 blocks of North 1st Street.

Officials confirmed that water samples from the affected area have passed safety testing. Residents no longer need to boil water before using it for drinking, cooking, or other consumption purposes.
