Two Norris City men have been sentenced in White County Circuit Court.
According to reports out of White County, the sentences were handed down Thursday. 19 year old Joshua Walters was sentenced on 3 of 4 counts including Child Pornography and Exploitation of a Child under the age of 13 charges. Walters was sentenced to up to 16 years in prison and three years mandatory supervised release. He was given credit for 163 days already served.
Isaac Anderson was sentenced to up to two years in the Illinois Department of Corrections. He was given credit for 13 days of time already served on charges of Solicitation of a Minor. As part of the guilty plea a charge of Obstruction of Justice/Destroying Evidence was dismissed. Anderson will also have to serve six months of mandatory supervised release after his prison time. Both Walters and Anderson were arrested this past March.
