Freddie Swift of Grayville stopped by the White County Jail last Wednesday (August 13th) inquiring if he had an active warrant. Unexpectedly, he found he did have a warrant for his arrest due to failing to appear in court on a charge of Driving while License Revoked.
Swift missed his original court date on Tuesday, August 12th, leading to the warrant’s issuance. He was taken into custody at the jail and appeared in court last Thursday. An arraignment is scheduled for September 23rd at 9:30 a.m. in White County Circuit Court.
