Parents of young children are invited to take advantage of free early childhood screenings at North Side School in Fairfield on Wednesday and Thursday, September 17th and 18th.
The screenings are designed to check each child’s progress in hearing, vision, speech, language, and coordination skills. This comprehensive assessment provides parents with valuable insight into their child’s development before they start school.
The screening program is free of charge, and parents will receive immediate feedback on their child’s progress. Representatives from Head Start and Family Enrichment programs may also be on hand to explain additional services and resources available to families.
Each screening session takes about 45 minutes, and appointments are required. Parents can schedule a time or request more information by calling 842-6501. Screening packets will be available for pick-up prior to the appointment at the North Side School office.
