Albion City Council Meets Tonight

The Albion City Council meets this evening at Albion City Hall at 7. The agenda shows Susan Markman as a visitor on business. Under old business, the city will look to annex a property owned by Lane Haggard into the city, and will take up a few resolutions involving the fair parade to take place at 10 AM on July 29th as well as allowing MFT Funds to be used on the Elm Street Project. Finally under old business, the city will look at passing a resolution that parking on Elm Street during Fair Week. Following reports, the city will consider under new business the cleaning of the Cherry Street Water Tank, Discussion of the storm sewer behind the new dollar general market, a handicap sidewalk leading to the new dollar general, updating the animal control ordinance, a water tap for Mike and Phyllis Metcalf, looking to make the purchase of a new zero-turn mower, and looking at switching internet providers.
