FORD RECALLS NEARLY 1.5 MILLION VEHICLES DUE TO REARVIEW CAMERA ISSUE

Ford Motor Company has announced a recall of nearly 1.5 million vehicles from model years 2015 to 2019. The recall addresses a problem with the rearview camera, which may display a blank or distorted image when the vehicle is in reverse.

The affected models include:
Lincoln Navigator
Lincoln MKC
Ford Mustang
Ford Ranger
Ford Transit and Transit Connect
Ford Econoline
Ford Edge
Ford Expedition
Ford F-250 SD, F-350 SD, F-450 SD, and F-550 SD

According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), Ford is aware of 18 incidents linked to this issue, though no injuries have been reported. Ford will provide a free fix for the problem.

Vehicle owners are encouraged to contact their local Ford dealership for more information and to arrange for the necessary repairs.
