The Wayne County Sheriff’s Department arrested 33-year-old Corey Budde of Cisne late Monday night.
Budde was charged with disorderly conduct and reckless conduct. He was transported to the Wayne County Jail, booked, and later released with a notice to appear in Wayne County Circuit Court.
