TWO LOCAL RESIDENTS INVOLVED IN RECENT INCIDENTS IN CLAY COUNTY

The Clay County Sheriff’s Department has released details from recent activity involving two local residents.

54-year-old Terry R. Lee II of Fairfield, was arrested on September 5th on a Clay County warrant (no bond) for Contempt of Court on the original charges of No Valid Registration and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Lee was transported to the Clay County Sheriff’s Department for processing.

Also on September 5th, deputies responded to a single-vehicle accident at the intersection of Worthey Street and Mimosa Lane in Flora. Following the investigation, 19-year-old Eagan C. Summers of Geff, was cited for Failure to Give Notice of an Accident, Disregard of a Stop Sign, and No Valid Driver’s License.
