WHITE COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT ASSISTS IN SHOOTING ARREST

The White County Sheriff’s Department assisted Gallatin County Deputies on Saturday morning in apprehending a male suspect involved in a shooting incident. Officers responded to a residence in New Haven where Benjamin Steele was located. Steele was arrested and transported by White County Sheriff’s deputies to the White County Jail pending a court appearance.
