A 21-year-old man is free following his arrest Thursday evening at the Carmi city limits. Police stopped Jacob Lewis, who has addresses listed in both Carmi and Flora, near Jansen Auto just before 9 p.m.
According to authorities, Lewis was taken into custody and charged with Driving While License Revoked and Possession of Cannabis in a Motor Vehicle. He was released with a notice to appear in White County Circuit Court.
