Two Fairfield residents received sentences last Thursday in Wayne County Circuit Court before Judge Matt Vaughn.

40-year-old Marshall L. Garrison II was sentenced to four years in the Illinois Department of Corrections, with two concurrent terms, and ordered to pay $784,068 in restitution to the City of Fairfield.
